# iOS 7.4.0 update, app closes when opened

iPad Air. Homey app udated to 7.4.0 today and when opening the app it closes right away.

Have tried to factory reset the iPad but same issue with homey app after that.

Hmm, not sure who you’re talking to? This is just a user forum.  
I’d suggest to raise an issue at [https://homey.app/support](https://homey.app/support)  
I also recommend to turn off the f… auto update misery.
