# Integrationsprobleme Shelly i3

Hallo Urs und herzlich willkommen.  
Da ich überhaupt keine Shellys im Einsatz habe, kann ich Dir nur ein paar allgemeine Tipps geben:

1. Homey Shelly App neu starten (Mehr → Apps → Shelly App auswählen → ⚙ → App Neustarten)
2. PTP (Pull The Plug, den Netzstecker vom Homey ziehen, gute 10-15 Minuten warten, weitere 15-30 Minuten warten)

Zuerst Nr. 1 ausprobieren. Sollte das nicht geholfen haben, Nr. 2 ausprobieren.

Sollte beides nicht geholfen haben, am besten mal im „offiziellen“ Shelly Thread nachfragen:
