Hallo Ich bin absolut neu hier im Forum und auch erst seit zwei Wochen Besitzer von einem Homey Pro. Ich konnte bisher alle Shelly-Produkte ganz einfach verbinden, jedoch den Shelly i3 nicht. Wenn ich ein Gerät für den Shelly i3 erstellen will, findet die App den i3 nicht. → ok dann halt Manuell. Die korrekte IP-Adresse und Logindaten eingegeben und die Verbindung testen. Die App gibt den Fehler [unknown\_error] aus. Das Gleiche auch, wenn ich die Authentifizierung auf dem Shelly deaktiviere und ohne Logindaten versuche. Firmware auf i3: 20220209-094909/v1.11.8-g8c7bb8d Version Homey: 8.0.3 Version Shelly-App: v3.9.12 Könnt ihr mir helfen, wie ich den Shelly i3 einbinden kann? Besten Dank ---

Hallo Urs und herzlich willkommen. Da ich überhaupt keine Shellys im Einsatz habe, kann ich Dir nur ein paar allgemeine Tipps geben: 1. Homey Shelly App neu starten (Mehr → Apps → Shelly App auswählen → ⚙ → App Neustarten) 2. PTP (Pull The Plug, den Netzstecker vom Homey ziehen, gute 10-15 Minuten warten, weitere 15-30 Minuten warten) Zuerst Nr. 1 ausprobieren. Sollte das nicht geholfen haben, Nr. 2 ausprobieren. Die Lösung ist eigentlich im “offiziellen” Shelly Thread zu finden. Und zwar unter Troubleshooting steht, dass die Einstellung “ColoT” deaktiviert sein muss. Dies ist jedoch “nur” über das Webinterface zu finden und in der APP nicht sichtbar.
