# In Bridge - how to setup a refresh to a greenware Socket

I have added a Greenware zwave Power Socket ok.

The Greenwaves are insecure devices and need to feel the hand of the hub periodically.

I need to work out how to set Param 1 = 255 on the bridge.

Also I can see how to create a Flow that pings the device at specific times but can’t find the how to invoke say every 5 minutes.

Setting up 288 Flows to ping it every five minutes for 24 hours feels a bit excessive ☹

Any insight how to do both would be very very helpful.
