# I cannot set up my New Homey Pro (2016-2019)

Hi I bought a New Homey Pro, I cannot set my new Homey. In installation I cannot found “HomeySetup-xxxxx” It does not appear??

Got the same issue here. Just got a replacement under warranty, since it crashed and burned. The new one is not showing any HomeySetup after multiple restarts and resets, better power supply etc. Maybe Athom has an issue with setup for a batch…

you are not the only one that doesn’t read their e-mails for their new early access Homey indeed, follow the page that is linked to:

But good that you found a forum thread that is **3 years old** , thus about the older Homey Pro.
