Just FYI, I get why you’re providing info @ this forum which lacks from the knowledge base, or for outdated kb stuff, but this Homey removal info is in the kb for all 3 Homey models, to be found with search phrase “remove”: [https://support.homey.app/hc/en-us/search?utf8=✓&query=Remove&commit=Search](https://support.homey.app/hc/en-us/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&query=Remove&commit=Search) But it lacks screenshots / screenvids though. ---

Hi, I finally upgraded to tje Homey Pro 2023. Now I want to delete my old Homey Pro 2016 from my account, but can’t figure it out. Did you create a second account perhaps? If so, you would have to temporary log into the app with the first account, and try the procedure again. ---
