# How to program aan app

I’ve bought powerplugs (WiFi) from Hihome.eu. . In my opinion much better than the zwave alternatives. my homey has a terrible zware range . I wonder if I can program an app for these devices? How and were can I get tutorials to learn this. I am not an experienced programmer. But not unfamiliar with it, although with oldfashioned tools. Who can put me on the right direction? Thanks in advance.

I see Hihome uses Tuya-technology. You probably won’t have to program an app yourself. Check the following apps: [Tuya](https://homey.app/nl-nl/app/nl.rebtor.tuya/Tuya/) and [Tuya cloud](https://homey.app/nl-nl/app/com.tuya.cloud/Tuya-cloud/).
