Hi, I’m new to Homey and haven’t been able to get my z-wave network up and running.
I have Shelly Qubino Wave 2pm and Fibaro dimmer 2 modules behind every switch with a Homey pro as the hub.

Issues I experience (resulting to my wife almost forcing me to get rid of the entire setup):

1. Several switches not working at all
2. Huge delays of 20-30 seconds (and possibly even hours, see point 3)
3. Lamps turning on and off out of the blue. As in: I go to bed at 11 pm, and a at 4 am, a lamp turns on without any flow or switch triggered
4. The same happens to flows, which is likely due to the particular switch that starts the flow being triggered out of the blue

It seems that my Z-wave network is horrible. See screenshot.
All modules are wired, and I hear a ‘clicking’ sound from them when I push the switch, so they have power. I’ve also tried healing every node in the Z-wave settings, but that doesn’t change much.

What do you see in my stats? And how can I fix it?
Should I reconnect every module and start over or are there less drastic solutions?

Thanks

I am having the same issue after update to homey 12.2.1 which came out 1 or 2 days ago. Zwave network seems totally unstable. Only a few devices are reachable and the rest just times out. Seems devices very near homey are ok, but some not the far away cannot be reached.

Likely the mesh network is not working properly.
Maybe the fibaro app needs updates (is now on 3.8.0)?

First of all, remove the unknown nodes 2 and 9. Also do a Heal on node 37. It can take some time (\>hour) before the results are visible, the mesh-network does the network update itselves.

I’ve found the culprit!
One of the Honeywell evohome thermostats was apparently low on battery and caused an RF storm in the same frequency. I’ve had this on evohome system once before (6 years ago).
They operate on the same wavelength and will block all RF signals also for Zwave.
6 years ago I replaced most of the thermostats but this room we hardly use and I forgot we had this old thermostat still operating there.
It was a coincidence that the homey 12.2.1 update went live at the same time the battery went low. Unfortunately the Honeywell evohome system does not indicate the low battery otherwise I would have spotted an offline device.

Sorry for any trouble at support. I will close the ticket now.

Same frequency as Z-Wave

I had similar issues with my Qubino Mini Switches.

Then I paired them insecure which solved it in my case.

Good luck
