I see on my apps, I have something like device notification on the last tab ,currently it is empty and I like to add some notification when a user is doing some action.

I was reading about events or manager notifications but it is not clear to me what to do. Some apps have some but only for onoff but I like to do this on my custom capabilities.

thanks Edwin

AFAIK there is only ON/OFF status change visible.
