# How long to actually ship?

Hi folks.

Ordered a Homey Pro on Saturday past, it’s now Tuesday afternoon. Order is still “Processing”. When should I expect order to be “In a box and out the door”? 🙂

Update: Shipped this morning, being despatched and delivered by Amazon Logistics. So…really I should have just ordered off Amazon UK, same price and would have had it on Sunday… 🙄

Arrived today, box looked like it had be re-sealed. Opened it up, started setup and it looks like a US model. Z-Wave doesnt work.

Rubbish, returning.
