# Homey sorry i can't reach the server

since months i try to talk to Homey he is working through the app very good, but unfortunately when i communicate with voice he answers “” homey sorry i can’t reach the server""  
i tried every thing with wifi, restten assigning IP etc but still not working.  
any help.

Alternatively u can buy a Google Assistant enabled device. This can be intergrated with Homey and then you can voice command favorite flows, and most devices and virtual devices
