Hi guys my homey led is red does not connect I tried holding it upside down and did not help.

What do you suggest

Maybe an open door, but try to search for [“ **red ring** ”](https://community.homey.app/search?q=red%20ring). Lots of questions, answers and solutions there…  
Maybe even in the first hit…
