Everyone can imagine it’s no fun when things are not going as expected.

Please leave out the negative moods and emotions, this is not your average (a)social media medium, thank you. This is just a user forum.
Please send your griefs and complaints to Athom: homey.app/support

I can give you a free hug, but that also won’t solve your issues 😉

On topic:
Migrating should be pretty straightforward, except for zigbee devices.
Idk what you exactly mean by zigbee ‘repair’, but the only thing you ought to do is: right-click the device tile @ web app, and select ‘Repair’.
Of course there’s always those devices which won’t cooperate, and need to re-pair by having the device enter pair mode.

This is what worked for some:

- Shut down the Pro19
- Factory reset the Pro23
- update the firmware per USB-Tool
- restore the Pro19 backup

> I see a lot of questions on Slack and here due to mistakes or nor reading. Lets see if we can organize them by topic. I have written a [[HowTo] Homey Backup and Restore - Homey Migration](https://community.homey.app/t/howto-homey-backup-and-restore-homey-migration/25732) before when Backup-Restore came available. Almost everything from the old topic is still true, Add to that: You need a recent successful backup of your other Homey; Not validated, but pretty sure: you can’t migrate back from a Backup if the new Model Homey to a older model Homey! Check all Homey apps on you…
