Neues Update, das selbe Problem. Der Homey ist nicht mehr erreichbar. Also versuche ich es wieder mit dem selben Ansatz. Stecker raus und 15 Minuten warten. Der Homey Pro 2023 startet. Diesmal weist er mich darauf hin, dass ein Update ansteht, 10.0.1. Ich lasse es downloaden und installieren. Der Homey Pro startet danach wieder neu. Alles ist wieder schick. Ich vermute mal, dass da noch ein Fehler in der Software drin ist oder war. ---

Dann drücken wir mal die Daumen, dass es schnell geht. Bedauerlicherweise ist beim heutigen Update 10.0.1 mit der NIU App etwas kaputt gegangen. Mein Roller ist nicht mehr erreichbar über Homey. ---

Wenn du experimentierfreudig bist, kannst du auf die beta-Firmware gehen. Im Moment sind wir da auf 10.0.2-rc1. Es ist aber natürlich immer ein gewisses Risiko mit dabei, dass es zu einer Verschlimmbesserung kommt. Der Vorteil dagegen ist, dass du sofort von Neuerungen profitierst. ---

hast du deine Probleme gelöst bekommen? Hab seit ein paar Wochen jetzt auch das Problem, dass der Homey Pro 2023 alle paar Tage einfach offline geht. Hab jetzt wie hier empfohlen das automatische Wechseln des Funkkanals bei der Fritz!Box deaktiviert (da ich in der Tat auch ein Mesh mit Repeater am Laufen habe) und werde es jetzt mal beobachten. Aber falls du andere Tipps hast, dann hätte ich für die natürlich ein offenes Ohr. 🙂 Danke schon mal! ---

Wenn eine neues Update ansteht, ist meine Homey Pro offline. Durch ausschalten und 15 Minuten warten, kann ich sie wieder starten und sie läuft wieder einwandfrei. Ich hoffe, das das Problem demnächst behoben wird. ---

ok, schade. Aber danke für die Antwort! 🙂 Hatte auch nochmal geguckt und bei mir scheint es da auch einen ziemlich klaren Zusammenhang zwischen Updates und Offline-Sein zu geben. Ich hab jetzt erstmal die automatischen Updates deaktiviert und werde mal sehen, ob das dann erstmal das Problem fixt. ---

Hat genau 2 Tage gehalten. Jetzt ist er wieder grundlos offline. Bin offen gesagt davon ziemlich angenervt mittlerweile. ALLE anderen Geräte zuhause funktionieren zuverlässig, also kann es meiner Meinung nach definitiv nicht am Heimnetzwerk liegen. Habe auch die automatischen Kanalwechsel in der Fritz!Box deaktiviert, hat aber nichts geholfen. Mir ist klar, dass die Software noch im Beta-Stadium befindet, aber so ist das Gerät leider einfach komplett nutzlos aktuell. Ich werde ihn jetzt dann jetzt vielleicht nochmal komplett resetten und ohne irgendwelche Apps/Flows laufen lassen. Mal schauen, ob er sich dann auch aufhängt. Und falls nicht, dann mal nach und nach einzelne Apps/Flows wieder hinzufügen. ---

Gab’ einen server-side fix von Homey.
