# Homey Pro does not connect to LAN

Tonight I realized that my Homey Pro (early 2023) is not showing up as connected to my LAN connection. I have it plugged into my LAN 4 (1 Gbit) port in my Fritz!6591 router and the little green diode lights up and the yellow diode is blinking - however Homey Pro continues to be connected to my WiFi.

Any suggestions on how to make it access the LAN instead?

You’re not the only one that ran into this issue… 😊. The way to connect the dongle is somehow counter-intuitive.
