Yes you can regain memory by moving all network apps & devices to SHS.
With the aforementioned HomeyLink app (on both Homeys), you can ‘import’ those devices back to the Pro.
You’ll need to fix the related flows to replace the ‘old’ network apps devices with the ‘new’ ones.

> You just install the related apps to SHS; The apps’ devices should be added yourself again; Because the devices will get different ID’s, you can replace the ‘old’ with the ‘new’ devices in your flows, with [this super script](https://community.homey.app/t/how-to-pro-cloud-tool-to-fix-advanced-flows-after-removing-and-re-adding-devices/65018) by Martijn. → it works in both [API playground](https://tools.developer.homey.app/tools/api-playground) & Homeyscript. So it’s important to save all device ID’s and -names of the Homey Pro on beforehand.

Depends on what your server runs.
I installed Docker on Debian 13, and all it took was this

### 1. Create a Docker Compose file

Create a file homey-shs.yml on your computer’s home directory with the following contents.

```auto
services:
  homey-shs:
    image: ghcr.io/athombv/homey-shs:latest
    container_name: homey-shs
    restart: unless-stopped
    network_mode: host
    privileged: true
    volumes:
      - ~/.homey-shs:/homey/user
```

### 2. Start the Container

In a terminal, execute:

```auto
$ docker compose -f homey-shs.yml up --detach
```

### 3. Continue on iPhone & Android

Open the Homey app for iOS or Android to add a new Homey, and select Self-Hosted Server.
