# Homey Pro (2019) Zigbee problemen

Een nieuwe kwaliteits adapter kan verschil maken.  
Een “full software download” heeft ook diverse vreemde zigbee problemen verholpen.

Hieronder kun je vinden hoe je dat kunt doen.  
 → Er wordt niets gewijzigd, enkel de Homey firmware wordt vanaf 0 opnieuw geïnstalleerd.  
(Zorg wel voor een verse backup, just in case)
