# Homey lost it's voice and color

Hi all,

I bought a homey last week. Installation went well.  
Only last sunday when I changed the voice language Homey started not reading any speech orders any more in flows and it does not respond to changing the colors of the ring.

I have filed a support ticket on sunday and still no reply. I am disappointed in the service levels here.

Any ideas ? I did a start up by holding the Homey upside down but did not help.
