# Homey has started not working

In the system category, there is _when_ for **homey has started.**

Have I mis-understood something, as I understand this to be _when_ system boot has finished (homey pro 2023). Now when I restart my homey, my flow doesn’t still execute instructions after _homey home started_. What follows after that is a disabling of flow, 4 sec delay, then it turns off porch lights, then it delays again and checks if sunset has occurred, which results as enabling of flow that we previously disabled.

Flow that is enabled/disabled contains instructions to turn on porch lights if motion detecter has detected some motion.
