# Homey free and bridge to start/stop water heater based on the best hourly electricity rate

I’m a newbie, from Norway, trying to find a very simple/cheap solution for controlling EV charging and water heater, based on the Nordpool hourly price. Is this possible with Homey free and Homey Bridge?  
I see there is a Power-by-the hour app, but that is for Homey Pro i think.

Yes, “tools” apps are only for Homey Pro.

As a thumb rule, there are 2 ‘tools’ apps atm.

Both should have been categorised as “Device”, not “Tools”, IMO.
