No, there’s nothing stored on the dongle, maybe a few minutes of cached RAM data (but I doubt it). Insights Data unfortunately is averaged over time. The further back in time, the more it’s averaged out, removing interesting spikes and dips. AFAIK only the “last hour” data contains 5s datapoints.
