No, not to my knowledge. Maybe you can flash a newer OS, that’s what once I did with a 2011 Android tablet.  
Con: it’s slow, so best suitable as “info dashboard”

This tablet seems suitable, albeit (very) expensive in my eyes, but that’s very personal of course:

I just bought a new [Samsung Tab A9+](https://tweakers.net/pricewatch/2005716/samsung-galaxy-tab-a9+-wifi-4gb-ram-64gb-opslag-grijs/specificaties/) (€150  
11" 1920x1200 Android15) Very nice tablet!
