# Homey Cloud Zwave Requirements

Hi. Do I need a bridge to use the Zwave capability with Homey Cloud? I’d like to test it out a bit before buying Pro.

Yes, the Homey Bridge has a Z-Wave radio and works with Homey Cloud. (The Pro also has a Z-Wave radio and doesn’t require Homey Cloud.)
