There seem to quite some users still struggling with fixing this, so I doubt this topic should be marked as solved. Any updates on the 404 messages @Doekse ? ---

That issues where for 100s of users and is apparently fixed. I haven’t seen the rate limiting reporting since then. Therefore I think you should contact Athom support. Also pls create a new topic for the new issue you experience. ---

thanks @Dijker . I don’t know if I still have the rate limiting issues. While trying to fix this I uninstalled the Hue app, and now it doesn’t allow me to install it again, confronting me with the 404 error. ---

Given that users report that the rate limited issue has been resolved after this solution by Signify/Hue and there are no reports of users who still receive rate limited notifications, this topic is closed. Please report other issues to Athom support and/or in a separate topic. ---
