# Homey bridge and Aqara thermometer battery level

Hello,  
I have an Aqara thermometer that I need to reinstall to my Homey bridge. When I had done it, only a “?” in the indicator window not the green battery level or the battery alarm anymore. Can someone tell me what I did wrong.
