Assuming you are using [this](https://homey.app/nl-nl/app/com.sdn.bose/Bose-Apparaten/) app, it’s best to use the [forum topic](https://community.homey.app/t/27979) for that app. The developer might not read all topics on this forum and in that topic other users of the app can read whats going on.
