# Homey app crashes on iPhone and iPad

Since recently, the app crashes on my iPhone 15 (iOS 18.1) and iPad 4 (iOS 17.4.1). The homey screen with the rainbow circle appears, sits there for 15-20 seconds and then the app closes. No idea how to solve this. Any suggestions?

Uninstall the app, then reinstall it.

Does not help. Crashes still after a new install.
