# Homey 2026 Zwave problems

Hello I have get a new 2026 .Icant get my old Z wave things after i get my backup from a early 2016  
I have turn off my old Homey .

For how long did you wait?  
The z-wave mesh needs time to re-build, up to several hours.

If this didn’t make a difference:  
Factory reset Homey Pro 2026, then start it, and let it run for a while (15 minutes or so).  
Now re-start it, and in Homey app, select “Add new Homey”  
You’ll find Homey 2026 in setup mode again, and you should restore the cloud backup again.

I’d go for the additional steps I wrote.  
Many times a factory reset of a new Homey solved the weirdest issues.

I have try 2 time to restore homeyn PRO  
I cant repair any zwave only zigbee
