ich möchte gern meine Homekit Geräte in Homey hinzufügen. Ist dies überhaupt möglich?

Nur über Umwege. Virtuelle Geräte in Homey anlegen und in HomeKit über Automationen schalten.  
Wenn virtuelles Gerät an, dann HomeKit-Gerät an usw.
