# Home battery connection problems

I’m having connection issues. The AEG Cube cannot be accessed via its own IP address. Every hour on the hour, I receive a push notification from Homey stating that it cannot establish a connection. I have already assigned a static IP address to the battery in my router. I also have the AEG app installed on my phone. Please see the photo. It says:

Smart Charging cannot control your home battery—it hasn’t been able to for 45 minutes: the last 4 commands failed to get through. Reason: getaddrinfo ENNOTFOUND 10-address-broker. Your battery is not currently following the charging schedule—please check the connection (IP address and battery settings).

Can anyone help me resolve this?
