# Home Assistant Devices Show Offline

Hi !  
All home assistant devices show as offline  
I delete the Home Assistant from homey I installed again and login with NabuCasa Cloud url  
I selecte devices i want to use with homey  
but next devices show offline.  
Sorry for bad English I’m Greek

If you are using the official app from Athom. you should create a support ticket. The community can’t help in this case.
