Hi, just got my new HP 23. I have installed a new Høiax Titanium 300L connected to a Retrofit Universal. Got this error message in Homey.
 ![2023-05-24_14-02-56](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex025/uploads/athom/original/3X/4/0/40f547b1eda4d643f55681bb87529177f7d00c66.jpeg)

As far as I can see from previous posts it has been addressed before and fixed?
Wifi coverage is good.

Running app 1.7.22 and MyUplink 1.27 (1496)
Created an diagnostic report and sent it.

Hi, normally this is just a case of myUplink being out of reach for a limited time.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a HP23, so I have not been able to test how well this app works on that device, but I hope there is no unexpected behavior. If the problem does not resolve then probably I might have to get such a device because currently, I have no other clues on how to resolve this than to wait for a connection to myUplink to be established.

Did it resolve by itself? / Does it help to restart the app? / Does it help to select the cogwheel+maintenance+try to repair?

</div>

Well, it doesn’t work at all. It looks like it connecting and the temperature wheel is showing, but after a few seconds it disappear and the picture I sent i previous post is showing. I have tried to “repair” it and reinstall the app. Nothing seems to fix the problem. It has been like this for 2 days now so I don’t think it will fix itself.

The testing you have performed is with the “old” Homey? Is there any difference interface wise on the Retrofit Universal box compared with the integrated Connected Heater?

Yes, the 2019 version.

The interface with myUplink is the same for both type of devices. The only difference should be that the tank volume and heater elements should return different values. I use these to detect which type of device it is (connected 200 / connected 300 / …)
It could be that there is a bug in this detection mechanism… I will take a closer look…

</div>

Ok, I have found the issue. It seems like data point 503 and 504 are not available on the retrofit kit. I assume this is common with all the retrofit kits, which probably means that you’re the first one with a retrofit kit to ever try this app.

This will be sorted in the upcoming myUplink app that is just around the corner.

Hei, er det noen mulighet for å endre Program i homey slik at man kan velge mellom spotpris, boost, ferie osv?
På brederen.
Kjekt når kwh prisen blir så billig at brederen merker den som dyr.

You can do this from the Homey app under the device setup. Currently, there is no way to do this by using flows or capabilities, but in the upcoming myUplink app you will be able to set all possible settings with flows.

I’ve tried setting up a similar flow that will set the temperature to 75 C and power to 2K W under certain conditions - however:

- The temperature in the tank never goes above 70 C.
- The target temperature drops to 40 C without me setting it.

Are these “max 70/drop to 40” behavior security measures used by Hoiax or the app?

Found the culprit;
Homey was added as a PowerUp in Tibber.
Removed the connection and then the odd behavior disappeared.

I´ve got the new HP2023 and the app seems to be working just fine with no crashing. However - only question/issue i have is why the Homey energy report shows that my Høiax Connected 200 is using 0/zero W also when i know it is actually heating up. When I open the Høiax device it shows values for total usage, leakage and so on but zero on the Power causing the energy report to be totaly blank.

Any tips for that?

Thanks for all your great work!

It only reports estimated energy usage. And there is a delay. So it does show W a while after heating is activated. But it can’t really be used to calculate actual usage.

Ok, thanks - still a bit strange - has been steady on Zero for months. I´ll give Høiax a call tomorrow and report back here if they have something interesting to tell:-)

Hi @Lillevik, If you enter insights you will see when it was actually heating, this is what it looks like for me:

 ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex025/uploads/athom/original/3X/a/1/a150f3b971aa1bb3d2e37d5c8cb9794f23f94e43.png)
So 0W most of the time but two spikes to 2kW in the last 6 hours.

@frodeheg I’ve had a Fibaro Motion sensor setting the ambient temperatur, but now I get this error and the device is unavailable

I think it’s the same, the difference is the temperature we try to set. I try to set 23.6° and you 28.8°
