# Help setup associations Heatit Zdim

Hi.  
Can someone tell/show me, how to set up an association between two heatit Zdim dimmers?  
I’m using them in top and bottom of the stairs.  
Bottom node ID is 20 and top is 3

Hi, depends what you want to achieve. If you want to sync dim level between those 2 dimmers, go to advanced menu of device in Homey app, and put other dimmer ID into Association Group 2.

By the way, directly in [Heatit manual](https://www.thermo-floor.no/media/multicase/documents/_tfasdokumentasjon/heatit%20controls/heatit%20z-dim/manual_heatit_z-dim_fw%201.0_ver2019-a_eng.pdf) its described very well in chapter 14 how to do that 🙂
