# Help, installing HUE app error

Anyone who has an answer on this problem? Tried to install the HUE homey App from appstore.  
Bij click installing i get a red notice!

Only thing I come up, restart homey or PTP(pull the plug for about 15 minutes). I hope that works.

Problem solved. I was still using the browser version. With smartphone app it works 🙈
