Hi, I just tried again, but unfortunately it still does not work.  
Homey still adds the ZM16B as an **“Unknown Zigbee device”**.

My device is still:  
Model ID: `TS0601`  
Manufacturer Name: `_TZE2841000000_3mzb0sdz`

Could you please check with your engineer again?

This issue occurs because the **Android version on your phone is newer than the maximum Android version currently supported by the app**.

We will update the app to support newer Android versions in a future update. Once the supported Android version is upgraded, the issue should be resolved.
