# GPS location doesn't work

Hi all, maybe you can help me with the following problem. I have tried to find a solution in the knowledge base but unsuccessful.
I’m new and bought my first Homey this week. I have installed and everything works smoothly except for the location. I can’t change it and it remains on the same spot which is 50 km away from my home. What do I miss? Can I change the location manually? Do I need to do something?
I’m looking for some advice!

Have you tried settings/location and enable find Honeys location automatically or disable and put the red point at your location?

Yes I did both, but the marker goes back to the original location which is not my home. Very strange…

For me this works best. Pointer doesn’t move elsewhere when I pin it @ my home location. I disabled “let Homey find…”
