Hi, I have tried to integrate a Nest camera, but there is no data and no video. When you connect the account to Homey, you agree that Homey both can see videoes and photo. How can you agree to this if it doesn’t work? Regards ---

Hi, Thank you for the reply. I didn’t quite get the last sentence from you. But this product (Athom Homey Pro) was ordered 3 weeks ago. So I guess this is the newest version. Is there any bugs with the new version? ---

Screenshot please… What do you mean with “it doesn’t work”. _My car doesn’t work if the battery is dead/empty fueltank/wrong key/no wheels etc etc._ I hope you can explain what you tried, f.i. with flow examples, what you expect and what does not respond. ---

Aha okay The app is called nest. Blue logo with a house inside. If Homey cant present whats om the camera, why does it need allowance from me through Google to do it? Why is there a nest app for cameras if Homey cant show it? So do you know these cameras and have you installed them in Homey? ---

YW. Use Firefox browser in Incognito mode; Install the HCS app on Homey by using a laptop/pc. It has nothing to do with ‘incognito’ itself, but it provides for a fresh clean browser 😉 Alternatively, you can empty your browsers cache and cookies and use the standard mode. It is. But Athom recently built [a Nest app](https://homey.app/a/com.google.nest/) too, it lacks Nest Protect support though. ---

Have you seen this before? I have tried it, It will find the camera but nothing to do with it. It’s very strange. ---

Thank you 🙂 So this is what I need to do: To get started with Device Access, you need to complete the following tasks: 1. Register for the Device Access program. 2. Activate a supported Nest device with a Google account. 3. Create a GCP project to enable the SDM API and get an OAuth 2.0 client ID. 4. Create a Device Access project to receive a Project ID.
