When i say “tell homey to” google home understands harmony any other person had this ?

Yep, many people have this. Did you try to match your voice to Home?  
Also it may help to articulate words slow and a bit overdone (like “Hooomey”). If you talk fast (like my daughters do) it tends to miss a lot.
