# GLEDOPTO GL-C-009P reageert niet

“Timeout: Expected Response” zegt mij dat het bevestigingssignaal voor het commando (acknowledgement) niet aankomt.  
Dat kan komen door:

- Te grote afstand / te veel muren / plafonds
- Te weinig zigbee router apparaten
- Verstoring door jouw 2,4GHz wifi signaal, en/of die van nabije buren

Begin eens door de Gledopto en Homey binnen 0,5m afstand van elkaar te zetten, en de ledstrip te bedienen via Homey;  
Als het dan feilloos werkt, dan klopt mijn lijstje hierboven
