# Get all own flow card instances

Hi, I have a action flow card and a trigger flow card that gets trriggered by the first card. To make it easier for the user I want to add a name field in the action card and a auto complete in the trigger card.  
This autocomplete now should list all names.

So my question is: how can I get all flow card instances of my app and read all the possible names there?
