Du verwendest die Athom App. Die läuft in der Cloud (HomeyCloud). Du greifst dabei also “von außen” auf eein HA zu und brauchst dazu eine feste PublicIP. DynDNS/Portweiterleitung oder das HA-Cloud-Abo.
