Welcome to the community.  
Please have a look at this post ([Meross App Support - #117 by Zmove](https://community.homey.app/t/meross-app-support/85817/117)), the Meross does work very well with Homey but there is currently an issue that is being addressed by the developer which may take a couple of weeks. Once fixed the MSG100 will work fine.

Have a look at the other post as it explains everything.
