It would be great to have the possibilities to hide devices in app and web interface and to have the choice to see or not hiding devices. For exemple, I have a lot of fibaro z-wave devices which I only use for switches and no devices on them. It would be great to make these devices disappear. And then to unlink these devices from the general control tiles in the mobile app. ---

It is not possible to hide devices. Put them in a zone/folder. ---

Indeed hiding of the devices was requested so many times. At one point in time they said how to unhide hidden or whatever but that’s just absurd. That should be solved with admin user giving permissions to see and control some devices to user XY. Admin always sees all while users depending on what admin gave them. ---

Hi @DirkG, Thanks for the welcoming. All right! I just went and read all that 😉. Yes, I know that you don’t work at athom but seeing as it is the official forum of Homey, I think they probably come here from time to time as you said 🙃. Then, I will submit my request officially. I know too that additional zone is a solution but I don’t like that… Lot of my devices, mainly recognized as lamps appear in the general control tiles and that’s annoying. Thanks for your comment! I’d love to be able to hide devices from the rooms feed. I’ve already made a room to put stuff in I don’t need to see in my feed but I’d love te be able to fully hide certain devices. Short explanation why: one of my devices is an Aqara S1 plus panel hub, it replaced two of my old wall switches but I don’t actually use it for that. I just use the touch pannel and the hub functionality to connect my Aqara sensors to Homey through matter. The actual lights connected to its switches are hue bulbs so I don’t need to be able to control the switches. But now my homey app shows the hue bulbs and the switches, and for instance at night my dashboard lights widget will always show that two lights are on because the two switches always stay on for the hue bulbs. Another example, I use a zigbee power plug somewhere that’s literally just there for better coverage of my zigbee network, I don’t need it to show that or to be able to control it. Or my WhatsApp app, it creates a WhatsApp device. Ideally I do want to be able to control some features of the hidden devices in my flows so maybe in the flows we would have a ‘hidden devices’ or ‘hidden room’ tab. ---

I would like to be able to hide devices from the device overview, but still be accessable thru the apps overview. Also choosing a custom order for zones. ---

Adding the capability of enabling/disabling the visability of certain devices, zones and flows for certain (guest) users would be a great feature. ---

Unfortunately not for Homey Pro 2019. I don’t really understand why, because AFAIK it’s only a visual thing in the mobile app
