(He still recognizes it in the shelly app on my phone) That’s why I wanted to switch, so I chose Aqara, but now I have this… 🙂 🤔 ---

Not to bust your bubble, but Aqara is notoriously know to not follow standards. Try to focus less on brands and look into protocols and if and how they are supported. It seems Matter and Thread are going in the right direction (but aren’t quite there yet) so a switch to a new Homey Pro (or Mini) may be a good next step in your smarthome journey. ---
