# Excluding devices from Google Assistant

Hello,

I saw this article [https://support.homey.app/hc/en-us/articles/19133718638236-Excluding-devices-from-Google-Assistant](https://support.homey.app/hc/en-us/articles/19133718638236-Excluding-devices-from-Google-Assistant) but I don’t have the option in the Google Assistant menu of my mobile application. Does this only apply to the latest Homey Pro? Because I have the first model.

Hmm, it’s “a bit odd” they don’t mention it’s exclusively for Homey Cloud, Pro 2023 and up in [that specific article](https://support.homey.app/hc/en-us/articles/19133718638236-Excluding-devices-from-Google-Assistant)!

The mailing was clear about it though:

And same in the news article I posted. Only the setup knowledge article doesn’t state the limitation.
