Hi everyone,

I need to vent and, hopefully, find a solution for a situation I find frankly **unacceptable** for a “Pro” device.

**The Issue:** I left my Homey Pro disconnected from power for just **one hour**. When I plugged it back in, the device was completely unresponsive/unreachable. I was forced to perform a hard reset using a pin in the bottom slot just to get it back to life.

**The Ridiculous Part:** Now that I’m back in the initial setup, **Ethernet is nowhere to be found.** The device is only giving me the Wi-Fi option, even though it’s physically plugged into the official Ethernet adapter.

How is it possible that a 1-hour power disconnection triggers such a massive failure?

- Why did it lose its internal state/config so easily?

- Why is the Ethernet adapter not being detected during the recovery setup?

Have you plugged the dongle in the right way? Short end connects to the PSU/adapter.
