# Error during opening standard flow from app

Sometimes when I open a flow I get an error. See screenprint below. After a restart of the Homey app it works again for a while. Any ideas?

Homey: 12.5.2 App: 9.4.2.1796

And, was it fixed? I have the same issue. Tried looking on their website but all i find is faq stuff

I experience the same bug, and other bugs, the mobile app always showed to be buggy at times. I don’t bother to report anymore. Killing the app and clearing cache seems to help for a while.

When you expect Athom to solve these kind of bugs in two days, Rodge, you’ll have to lower expectations quite a bit. In this case one can move to the web app as “plan B”, the prio will be low (but that’s just _my_ expectation based on what they showed to be priorities the last 5 years).

This problem is solved. I had to install the latest app version.
