Vandaag mijn Homey Energy Dongle binnen gekregen. Natuurlijk van te voren de compibaliteit gecontroleerd. Aangesloten op mijn Landis+Gyr E360 slimme meter en de dongle wordt meteen gevonden bij toevoegen. Hij installeert, maar blijft hangen bij gegevens van de slimme meter ophalen. Heb alles nagelezen, de dongle factory reset gedaan, opnieuw geïnstalleerd (keer of 6) maar blijft hetzelfde probleem geven. Iemand enig idee? ---

In het Engelstalige Energy dongel topic staat aangegeven: - een USB voeding aansluiten, totdat alles werkt. Tevens de dongle op een Landis+Gyr E360 slimme meter aangesloten. Een paar keer gereset, tevens geprobeerd met USB voeding. Geen succes. Als er morgen geen oplossing is, geef het op en stuur ik hem terug. ---

Ik heb een E350 meter. Bij aansluiten van de energy dongle bleef led rood. Daarna USB Voeding uit stopcontact aangesloten op de dongle en toen werd led blauw. Installatie verder volgens instructie zonder problemen. ---

Ik heb ook een E350 meter, maar bij mij blijft de LED rood, ook al wordt de dongle met het kabeltje aangesloten op een stopcontact. Ook na resetpoging. \>\> iemand ideeen hoe dit op te lossen?? ---

Ook hier de energie dongle met de Landis + Gyr E360 SMR 5.0. Ook bij mij kan de dongle geen data uitlezen. ---

Installatie binnen Homey ging prima. Bij mij is de LED wit, maar krijg ik het bericht: “Ongeldige gegevens ontvangen.” Met of zonder USB geen verschil. (E350) ---

Ik heb een E360. Die werkte eerst ook niet. Ook met extra stroom erop niet. Uiteindelijk heb ik mijn p1 splitter aangesloten en van stroom voorzien. Dan werkt het direct! ---

Precies hetzelfde probleem met de E350. Installatie is goed gegaan, kan geen geldige gegevens ophalen. ---

Ik vind het frustrerend, eerst wachten op release, dan wachten op verzending en vervolgens heb je niets. Neem Athom niets kwalijk, soms gaat het zo met nieuwe releases. Maar het irriteert me wel. Het lijkt me allemaal niet zo extreem moeilijk. Het is niet dat we met een raket naar de maan moeten ofzo. ---

Ik heb ook een beetje spijt dat ik hem gekocht zonder dat er echte reviews waren. Ik heb er maar een splitter tussen gekocht en het werkte meteen. Ik had ook Homey gemaild, deze hebben teruggeven dat er nu snel een update komt en het dan wel gaat werken. ---

De splitter in combinatie met de E350? (edit: ik zie nu de E360) Het staat me wat tegen om de splitter te halen. Ik had dan net zo goed voor de helft van de kosten een P1 van Homewizard kunnen halen. Ach, we gaan er maar van uit dat er snel een werkende update komt. ---

Nope, maar ik zit er ook niet meer om te wachten. Bij mij werkt het dus, en ik denk dat ik de splitter niet voor niets heb gekocht want er komt nog een plug-in thuis batterij aan die ik heb besteld. ---
