Hi I’ve just migrated to a pro 2023 - the email app works.fine on my old 2016 homey - but on the new one it crashes every time an email arrives. Any ideas. Have tried reinstall - no luck ---

Hi all Just installed Homey Pro 2023 and wanting to replace my old HomeSeer In HomeSeer I receive mails from my alarm system to update status etc. In Homey I installed the Email App to get the same functionality. Sadly I cannot get it to work. I tried gmail and iCloud mails - but keeps getting “timeout” during the test connection button. App password generated for gmail and iCloud, but no change So I made a new outlook mail and changed the setup - everything ok, and test connection returns OK. But no mails received - I made a simple flow to write a timeline message when mail is received. I also installed email sender app - used the same new outlook mail - that works fine. So I am looking for some help to get the Email app to work? I have restarted the app several times - still no luck… Hoping for some help, please…. ---

Hey there, I try to get the app to work, but unfortunately it crashes everytime when a mail should be received. My diagnostics code is: d7097ad6-0064-4df3-b5d4-c8a2493592d0 My credentials are accepted and i double checked the inbox, where the mails are sent to. I use my own domain, but also tried with gmail and outlook - but the problem stays the same. Can someone help me with this issue? Thank you very much in advance! ---

I never got it working. Could not find alternative Annoying that such a simple integration is not supported by Homey… ---

Same. Unfortunately I never received an answer from Adam Noren. I am using a free IFTTT-Account for this, which comes with all the disadvantages like latency, not 100% accuracy. I appreciate the work and effort all the community-developers put in their apps, I really do, but it is kind of sad, that I can do nothing to help with this issue or anything. I would love to sort this out and find a solution. Maybe the app can be transferred to another developer, if Adam Noren does not have any time anymore? ---

I have exactly the same problem. I just installed the app on Homey Pro. Connection test is OK, but the app crashes, when a mail is receiver. Any hints?
