Die Shelly Ecowitt Wetterstation wird (aktuell) nicht unterstützt.  
Du kannst den App Entwickler aber per Email kontaktieren, Kontaktmöglichkeiten findest Du auf der entsprechenden Homey App Store Seite, oder auf GitHub eine Geräteanfrage stellen:

Welche Shelly Geräte aktuell unterstützt werden, kannst Du in der Beschreibung zur Shelly App im Homey App Store ebenfalls nachschauen.

Ob der Fronius Wattpilot von irgendeiner Homey App unterstütz wird, habe aber folgende Info im zugehörigen App Topic gefunden:
